James (Jim) S. Lynch is a proud
member of the fourth generation of Lynch trial attorneys, a
tradition started by his great grandfather in the early
1900's. He is the fifth member of the Lynch family to
graduate from St. John's University School of Law, where his
grandfather taught trial practice and insurance law.
Mr. Lynch has taken this tradition to new
heights. He is admitted to practice law in the state and
federal courts of New Jersey and New York. He is a well
known and respected trial attorney with an excellent track
record of success at trial. At the young age of 35, Mr.
Lynch won his first multi-million dollar case at trial.
Since then, he has personally recovered tens of millions of
dollars for car accident, personal injury and medical
malpractice victims.
Some of his verdicts and settlements have
been published in The Association of Trial Lawyers Law
Reporter, the New York Law Journal, the New Jersey Law
Journal, the New Jersey Jury Verdict Reporter, the New York
Jury Verdict Reporter, The Journal News, The Star Ledger,
the Bergen Record and the Daily Observer.
Mr. Lynch has successfully argued in the
Appellate Divisions of both New Jersey and New York,
resulting in multiple published legal decisions in both
states, including the seminal case of Mitzner v. West
Ridgelawn Cemetery, recently cited by the United States
Court of Appeals, Third Circuit.
He is an author and a frequent speaker in
the field of personal injury litigation. In addition to his
publications in the New York Law Journal and the St. John's Journal of Legal Commentary, Mr. Lynch has
published several books, including The 10 Commandments of
Buying Insurance: An Insiders Guide to Purchasing Auto Home
and Life; Ten Things You Need to Know if You Have Been
Involved in a Car Accident in New Jersey and Ten Things You
Need to Know if You Have Been Involved in a Car Accident in
New York.
Mr. Lynch is a member of The Million
Dollar Advocates Forum, the ATLA NJ Educational Foundation's
Speaker's Bureau, the American Association for Justice, the
Association of Trial Lawyers of New Jersey, Trial Lawyers
Care, the New Jersey State Bar Association, the New York
State Trial Lawyers Institute and The New York State Bar
Association.

Arthur V. Lynch graduated from St. John's University School of Law in 1988. He had the distinction of being the first third generation graduate in the history of the school. He immediately set his focus on trial practice and personal injury litigation and quickly made his mark. At the age of 26, he attained his first jury verdict. By the age of 29, he was appointed Senior Trial Attorney at Progressive Insurance Company. By age 33, Mr. Lynch had been involved in more than 100 jury trials, many more than most lawyers have in their career. In 1994, Mr. Lynch took these skills into private practice. Since then, he has handled thousands of personal injury cases. He is a recognized expert in the field of insurance, insurance claims and related litigation. He is a frequent speaker on insurance issues and trial technique.
Arthur Lynch has been featured on the front page of The New York Law Journal and has published books and other literature on insurance issues. His books are noteworthy. The first, The New York Tort Threshold, is a book authored to teach personal injury attorneys as well as people in the insurance field, the complicated insurance issues that surround injury claims arising from automobile accidents. The second, The 10 Commandments for Buying Insurance, co-authored with James S. Lynch, is a comprehensive book geared to consumers regarding automobile, homeowner's and life insurance. This books assists consumers in understanding the various types of coverages that should be purchased; how claims are made; and how claims should be handled.
Mr. Lynch is a member of the New York Bar Association, the New Jersey Bar Association, and the New York State Trial Lawyers Institute.

Michael S. Rosenberg handles worker's compensation and personal injury protection/no-fault departments. Mr. Rosenberg has extensive experience protecting the rights of injured workers and fighting insurance companies who refuse to pay medical/disability bills. He has a diverse litigation background. Earlier in his career, Mr. Rosenberg handled both criminal and civil litigation, including white collar crime, before focusing on litigation dealing with worker's compensation and medical bill/disability/insurance issues. He still handles many criminal cases as well.
Mr. Rosenberg received his Bachelor of Arts degree from C.W. Post College of Long Island University in 1984 where he majored in Political Science and minored in World Literature. While in college he was President of the Pre-Law Association as well as a Judge on the Student Court. Michael then went on to achieve his law degree at Western New England College School of Law in Springfield, Massachusetts in 1987. While in law school he was a finalist in the Association of Trial Lawyers of America Moot Court Competition.
Mr. Rosenberg was a member of the Board of Governors of Association of the Trial Lawyers America. He is also a member of ATLA, New Jersey, the American Bar Association, the Bergen, Passaic and Morris County Bar Associations and admitted to the United Stated District Court for the District of New Jersey. He was also recently admitted to the District of Columbia Bar. In 2007, Mr. Rosenberg was appointed to the National Arbitration Forum's Advisory Council.
Mr. Rosenberg also holds the rank of Shodan (Black Belt) in Goju Ryu (Okinawan Karate), and also plays the guitar. He has been married to his wife for twenty years and has two handsome boys, Bradley and Mark.

Paul I. Perkins, Attorney At Law
Mr. Perkins handles complex commercial, class action and real estate litigation. A substantial part of his practice centers around construction and land use litigation. He is also actively involved in advising clients with regard to real estate and investing.
Mr. Perkins is active in bringing suits on behalf of homeowners who have suffered damage at the hands of errant contractors. These cases fall under the New Jersey Home Improvement Act. He has litigated many of these cases and is always available to discuss homeowner's concerns when they are renovating or making an addition to their home. He has authored several articles with respect to real estate and construction issues. His last article, What you need to know about Home Inspectors, has been published in many trade newsletters.
Mr. Perkins is admitted to the Bar in New Jersey and the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey. He has passed the bar to practice in New York and is presently pending admission to the Appellate Division - Second Department.
Mr. Perkins received his law degree from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law where he was the Coordinating Editor of the Public Law, Policy and Ethics Journal. While at Cardozo, he was a member of the securities committee of the New York County Lawyers Association.
Mr. Perkins has an interesting and creative background. He has a Bachelor of Music from the New England Conservatory of Music. Subsequent to graduation from the Conservatory, Mr. Perkins traveled throughout the United States performing as an opera singer. He performed with the Central City Opera, the Florida Grand Opera and the Utah Festival Opera Company.

Brian A. Held became a partner of the Lynch Law Firm,
PC in October 2006. Mr. Held has focused his practice on
consumer fraud litigation related to home improvement contracts
and personal injury.
He represents clients involved in automobile, slip and
fall, and pedestrian accidents who have suffered serious
to catastrophic injuries. He also
represents homeowners victimized by home improvement contractors.
Mr. Held has an extensive client base in the Filipino and
Korean communities. Prior to joining the firm, he was associated with
Cohn, Lifland, Pearlman, Herrmann & Knopf from 2001 to 2006, with
a general practice handling a variety of cases, primarily in civil litigation,
consumer fraud, personal injury, criminal, and landlord/tenant. Prior
to that, Mr. Held was the law clerk for the Hon. Anthony J. Sciuto,
J.S.C.,
at the Bergen County Superior Court in 2000.
Mr. Held is admitted to the New Jersey and
New York Bars and to practice before the United States
District Court for the District of New Jersey. He is a
member of the American Association for Justice, American Bar Association,
New Jersey State Bar Association, New York State Bar Association and the Association of Trial Lawyers of America.
Mr. Held is happily married to his wife Lunalliza and has
two wonderful children.

Silas Ruiz, Of Counsel
Silas Ruiz represents corporate and
individual clients in immigration and naturalization
matters. Ms. Ruiz regularly counsels employers and
employees in business and family-based immigration
matters, including I-9 compliance, immigrant and
non-immigrant visas, adjustment of status procedures and
waivers and naturalization. She has represented
international immigration clients in all phases of
immigration law, including the transfer of foreign
executives, managerial and professional personnel to
work in the United States and the provision of advice
and guidance with respect to employer sanctions,
employment verification procedures and
immigration-related discrimination practices.
She has authored several articles in
immigration-related publications and has appeared as
guest speaker on immigration topics.
Ms. Ruiz was born in Santiago de Cuba,
Cuba, has lived abroad in the United Kingdom and
Switzerland and is fluent in English, Spanish and
French. She received her law degree Georgetown
University Law Center in 1985. In addition, she received
her Masters Degree in Foreign Service from Georgetown
University Graduate School. While obtaining her B.A.
from Manhattanville College, she was an Oxford
University Honors Program Participant. She is admitted
to practice law in the state of Florida. She is member
of the American Bar Association American Immigration
Lawyers Association and the Florida State Bar
Association.
