A dangerous fence was removed from a sledding hill and bales of hay were installed this winter to protect the users of the park. Our park is safer now, and hopefully no one has to suffer again in the way my wife did thanks to his persuasive argument and the chance he took on our case. I recommend Arthur wholeheartedly.
