Jim has been licensed to practice law in New Jersey since 1979. He graduated from Seton Hall University in 1975 and Seton Hall Law School in 1978.

Jim has an extensive litigation record, including two cases recognized by the New Jersey Law Journal in the Top 20 Personal Injury Awards:


- $18 Million Award: O'Hara v. Royal Coachman Leasing, et al. (2011) – Named the #1 personal injury case.

- $4.1 Million Award: Victor Morales v. Rosenfeld (2001) – Ranked #13 in the Top 20.

- Appellate Experience: Successfully argued cases before the New Jersey Supreme Court, including McClain v. College Hospital and Ponte v. Overeem and NJ Transit.


Professional and Pro Bono Service


Jim served as both a barrister and master in the Morris County Inns of Court. He is dedicated to community service, having performed significant pro bono work in domestic violence matters with organizations such as Safe and Sound in Somerset and Safe in Hunterdon.
