Neil Weiner is a trial lawyer. Every day, Neil approaches his work with one overriding goal:
securing justice for the injured. Neil represents injured people whether due to a motor vehicle
crash, a trip and fall accident, a job-site accident, medical malpractice, drowning or any other
cause attributable to a disregard for his client’s safety.

Neil is Certified by the Supreme Court of New Jersey as a Civil Trial Attorney. He is a member of the New Jersey Association of Justice (formerly ATLA-NJ). Neil has lectured on various topics at NJAJ seminars. He is a former member of the New Jersey Association Justice Board of Governors. He is a member of the Multi-Million Dollar Advocate Forum.* He is admitted to
practice law in New Jersey and New York. He is also admitted to practice law in the United
States District Court of New Jersey, Southern District of New York and the Eastern District of
New York.

Among Neil’s many career highlights is a $10,000,000 verdict for the estate of a teenage
drowning victim that remains the largest verdict for a drowning wrongful death claim in New
Jersey. He settled a case for $7,500,00 for a pedestrian who, after being hit by a vehicle, sadly
lost a limb. He settled a case for $1,750,000 for the estate of a drowning victim. More recently,
He settled a case for $1,250,000 for a person who after falling off a ladder due to the
homeowner’s negligence, sustained permanent upper body paralysis.

Neil graduated from the Dwight-Englewood School, Gettysburg College and Brooklyn Law
School. He is married to Kimberly. They are the proud parents of their sons, Stephen and
Henry. Neil and his family reside in Upper Saddle River, NJ, where Neil and Kimberly have
volunteered to support the local schools and youth sports.
