Jacqueline Rosa is an attorney with the Lynch Law Firm and a champion of those who have been injured—particularly those in car accidents, construction and trucking crashes. Through her advocacy, she has secured millions of dollars in verdicts and settlements for her clients.

She is recognized amongst her peers as a fierce advocate for her clients and at 32 years old she became the youngest female ever to be Certified as a Civil Trial Attorney by the Supreme Court of New Jersey.

Gaining recognition in the legal community, Jacqueline is a member of the New Jersey Association for Justice, AAJ (American Association for Justice), and both the Bergen and Hudson County Bar Associations. She has also served in other leadership capacities including as Program Chair of the annual Meadowlands and Boardwalk conferences and has lectured on a variety of litigation topics.

Jacqueline has secured one of the top 100 settlements/verdicts in New Jersey every year since 2018.

A lifelong Bergen County resident, Jacqueline graduated from St. Thomas Aquinas College and then earned her Juris Doctor from Rutgers University. She clerked for now Federal Judge Brian R. Martinotti, in the Bergen County Superior Court. Once she completed her clerkship, she worked as in-house trial counsel for Liberty Mutual Insurance Company. Jacqueline then spent years perfecting her trial skills at well-established firms such as Seigel Law & Brady, Brady & Reilly.

In addition to her legal practice, Jacqueline is a fitness enthusiast and can be found on the golf course on a nice day. She loves animals and adopted a rescue dog, Finn, who has become her legal mascot.
